We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Free UK Delivery : Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail or DPD and should arrive to all UK mainland addresses within 1-4 days.

At present we do not ship  internationally as standard, however you are most welcome to contact us at sales@dogpoopbags.co.uk if you would like us to ship to a non UK address and we will get back to you as soon as possible with Delivery costs.

If you wish to return a product we are happy to accept returns for unused, undamaged items.

1. We will issue a full refund of the item cost once received and inspected.
2. Refunds are issued within 5 working days  electronically using the Pay Pal system.
3. We are unable to refund the cost of your additional postage.  Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded outright.
